1-My English progress from 2010-2012
Well, thats my last post so I'm going to be very explicit about what I want to say.
Diferences between my first post and my last? Someones but mainly due to my own practice of English. I realy think that I have learn nothing important in my school. All thinks I've learnt this years aren't because of my English lessons at school. But, of course I've learnt some vocabulary, it'll be odd if not, because:
two years x nine month each school year x four weeks per month x three hours a week = 216 hours in total
It would be very strange if I haven't learn any vocabulary these hours.
I have to say that one think has changed, over these two years I become more borred about bloggs, as you know, in my opinion they are quite useless. Two years ago I was borred of bloggs, but now I'm even more borred. So in 2012 I did litle effort to do my blogg, now I do less effort and less desire to do bloggs and posts.
About, my oral presentations I think I did the same on both, I was quite nervous because I hate doing orals and stuff like that, but as I see the matter I can't realy diference them, because how I did the orals mostly depends on the topic so I can't realy judge them.
2-My English competence in 2012

Oviously I chose the last oral I did because is the one that in my opinion reflects better, not completely, but better how is my English rigth now. It's my best work because it's the last.
About the writing post, in my opinion it's not the best with vocabulary and the structure, but it's easy to understand my idea, and I think that idea reflects how I'm currently. This post explains things without strange vocabulary and words, explain the truth and as I see that't the main important think a post should do.
3-My reflection.
This is a part that it's not needed but I was wandering to do it, I think this part is the most important of this reflection, because it reflects my opinion and that's what my teachers are asking for, isn't it?
Well, first of all I'd like to say that these two years I've almost done are the worst experience I had about useless things in my entire life. I realized that bloggs are, if you allow me to say, stupid web pages. Their use the worst think that English could do in the history, bloggs are unable to let people learn english. I 've said that milions of times, bloggs are not a good way to learn English, better are the worst way, because you dont learn.
All this trashtalking about bloggs are trues, in my opinion, these last three words are important because other people can have other opinions about the same topic, and if you don't mind I'd say that I'd like to respect and understand these opinions. I will try, I promise, but nowadays it's qute difficult for me. Now time to blame be because of I'm narrow-minded (UOOO a word that could have learnt these years, but no it's not, I already knew it when I did the topic in class)
So, I'd like to sum up this entire blogg by just some words. Bloggs worst item to learn English, the education system that defend bloggs the worst it could exist. Of course all this, it's my opinion, the opinion of a kid of 17 years old so nevermind
Lastly I'd like to ask for a thing to my classmates. DELTE YOUR BLOGGS as soon as you can.

The hunger games
Few days ago I read the trilogy of The hunger games, a series of book created by Suzanne Collins. I saw the trailer of the film and it seemed to me it was a good one. Then a friend told me that there was a book of this film, so I decided to read it. In total, three books so I was wandering to read them, on our Saint George's day it's a holyday here in Catalonia and it's famous because of giving books and roses. So I bougth all the books and I read them in a record time. Then I saw the film.
The argument of the books is quite good, a girl that is forced to go to the olympic games of hunger, in a destroyed world. There, 24 people have to figth for their lifes.
In my opinion is a good trilogy, because it shows how to live in a bad world with hunger, fear ... Moreover, the scene that the books represent is not far from the reality, maybe one day the humanity will be like that.
To sum up, I'd like to recomend this book to the people that like reading.

Urban dictionary

When you dont understand a word, when it's an acronym or whenever, this dictionary is fabulous. It's is not a common dictionary, its and odd one. It's a dictionary of urban slang, it's not formal it is completely informal, the dictionary give you the definiton of a word or an acronym that it's usually used oraly.
I'm used to go there, due to I usually find words in english, strange ones that I don't know when I'm playing. Moreover, this dictionary could help people that want to learn the urban english, I noticed is mostly used in America. It has been until I get used to it one of the web pages that are on my favourite list of webs.
I think most of the urban slang is there, to the most common to the most strange I ever saw. For example: asap, as soon as possible; afaik, as far as I know; imo, In my opinion... there are tones of this kind of words.

Grooveshark and Spotify
I was used to listen to music on my computer on a player called Spotify last year, but the company decided to make it private, so you should bougth a premium account and pay of course or you just can hear few hours per week.
At that time I decided to change of music player, I searched over the Internet to find a good one and I found one, Grooveshark
I think most people that weren't wandering to pay did the same, they just get another music player, so Spotify lost quite a bit of clients.
Now I realized that Grooveshark is better even thougth it's free, so I think that this company will be important in a close future. In my opinion, these companies are a good way to earn money, because each one has his own comercials and people get a big benefit of those computer music players.
At that time I decided to change of music player, I searched over the Internet to find a good one and I found one, Grooveshark

Song of Ice and FIre
Song of Ice and Fire is a recopilation of books that nowadays has become very succesful. Currently, there are just five books on the market but it's spected that there will be to more. The author, George R.R Martin, is becoming popular these days because of the release of the fifth book few months ago in English and in Catalan three days ago, before than in Spanish. Moreover the firsts books of the saga are beeing converted in a serie, that is making a huge impression onto the world.
I think the series is not as good as the book, and most people think the series is the important stuff and not the book. Martin's books are amazing, as I said better than the series. So I'd like to recommend that before watching the series just read the books because they are better in all possible ways.
But if you prefer the series because it is on TV, you can watch it, and you hate reading. You don't deserve to continue reading this, please, get out of my blogg !!!!

Scientists found the oldest Mayan calendar

Some archaeologists working at the Xultun ruins of the Mayan civilisation have reported stuning finds, like the oldest known Mayan astronomical tables. They discovered an strange building that wasn't made on Mayan's way. Usually, when Mayan renovated a building they broke the roof and build on the brash. but this strange edification was diferent. When they renovated it they built directly on the roof.
Then some archaeologists found the oldest Mayan astronmical calendar, there they found that this 2012 it wasn't suposed to happen anything, but into 7.000 years yes. This is due to the system Mayan's use to calculate, they used base-18 and base-20
I think, this is and important discover, most people belive that 2012 was the year of the change of Earth. But, Mayans calculated that in 7.000 years the sun will create an energy beam and will change how the Earth works. So, I'd like to know if in 7.000 people will become crazy like someones are becoming these days, you will understand this if you have whatched 30-minuts the other day.

The humans rigths in Xina
Nowadays, there's lots of violations of human rights. For example in China there is not feedom of speach.
In China, people are not able to say what they want because the govenment don't let people say his opinion, the opinion of people can create discontentment and a rebelion.
But in my opinion I think that any culture is not allowed to judge other cultures because each one has his own rules and his own lifestyle. Moreover I think that the human rigths can't be applied on every single human, because each one has their own way to live the life.
Altougth, in Xina people is going to the streats to critize the goverment, that means that the Xina's goverment is not representative of their people.
In China, people are not able to say what they want because the govenment don't let people say his opinion, the opinion of people can create discontentment and a rebelion.

New Materials and artifical muscles

Scientists at Bristol university are developing new materials to mimic animals with artificial muscles, such as the squid. This muscles will be applied on soft robots and soft devices.
All this muscles are based on animals that are able to change their colours.
To mimic these natural mechanisms, the team used "smart" electro-active polymeric materials, connected to an electric circuit.
In my opinion, these new muscles and materials will help the mankind to evolve. Nowadays most inventions are focused on the evolution of the life quality of humans. That will make us live longer, and that's a problem. There is more than seven thousand milion people on the Earth and this planet cannot hold much more people. We need those new inventions but we better need more reasearch on seek new forms to get resources because, here on the Earth they are going to be exhausted.

The computers of the language room.
One day I was wandering to do my blog in the language room. I approached to a computer and I turned on, I tried to move the mouse but it didn't work. I changed of computer, when I got there the computer wasn't able to be turned on. Then I got to a computer that finally worked !!!! I was amused
When I typed the password I knew that there was a problem. I opened the internet and I tried to search at google : blogger. Half an hour later, it opened. Then I typed my mail and password, ten minutes later I finally got in. When I got in I was wandering to do a post, I clicked on the button to do a new one, it lasted 5 minutes to open, meanwhile I played my application of fishes, so funny....
I did my post, I tried to do it as fast as possible. Suddenly, I realized my computer wasn't that bad, one of my classmates just screamed because an Error Computer was going to turn it down after 15 minutes, isn't it funny?
Yes, it is!!!!
So I got to the conclusion that the language room computers are quite....., you know, quite bad. That was an amazing chanse to get back to the world, the education, the computers and the current english system are quite.... you know, quite bad.

Argentina expropiates main Repsols YPF industry.
Few days
ago, the Argentinean prime minister decided to expropriate one of the most
important industries of Repsol YPF in Argentina.
Repsol YPF was the main shareholder of an industry of oil and gas; they had around the 75% of the company. When suddenly, Argentina decided to expropriate the 51% of the company from Repsol YPF, so Argentina nationalitsated the company, their arguments were most likely because of the economical problems of this crisis.
Today Spanish government has a meet to speak about the possible reactions of Spain in front of this act of the Argentinean government. Some countries like EUA and whole Europe had condemned the reaction of Argentina and they said this acts will be a problem with the deals and relations between Argentina and Spain.

Writting selectivtat.
Hi, John
Long time since I wrote you, but when I read a book your face just came out to my mind. So I decided to write to you,
Two days ago I bought a book called death of a Beekeeper by a famous swedisth author, Lars Gustafson.
The plot amused me, I don't want to explain to you the end, but it's about one of the last beekeepers of Sweden. This man is a traditonal beekeeper, he does the same as his father and grandfather, in the same way. Isn't that exciting?
Now, you know why this book reminded me of you...
I hope you make up your mind and read it, I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Prenup Arrangements are a good solution to divorce conflicts
Now a days, prenup arrangements are one of the most popular stuf to do before getting married. That's because now most people have been married and divorced more than two times, in USA of course.
On the one hand, we can see that prenup arrangements can break a couple before getting married. Moreover, romantic and christian people think that these agreements are ways to kill what it seems to be love.
On the other hand, these arrangements help people keep what's theirs. Besides, currently there are profesional people that live by getting married with wealthy people and steal half his fortune. Tis agreements are perfect for people that don't believe in true love.
To summarize, the best way to get married is with prenuptial agreements, if you have got something to lose, of course. So, whether tou believe in love or not, the prenup arrangements are o good way to keep what's yours in these strange days.

United Nations Human rights committee

Nations Human Rights Committee,
It's known that humans rights should be respected in the entire world. However, nowadays mosts countries don't respect the rights.
So, I'm just writing this letters for two main reasons, to ask for a reflection and to make a suggestion. First of all the reflection, do you really think, as an UN committee that your work does any profit and moreover I'm asking for what you have done on countries that are really known such as Xina ?
Secondly, my suggestion, just delete this committee. Human rights are a good idea, but they are an utopia and the organization is just a machine that spends money like a bag with a hole inside.
To sum up, I'd like to say that life is not a dream. I'm wandering to see the world getting up and
looking around, they will see that the reality is neither a bed of roses nor such a wonder of God then I think and I hope that mankind will have chance to survive

The higgs boson
Well this particle is making some noise these days.
Firstly, one of the most important physics of the history, Stephen Hawking, said that it doesn't exist. Nowadays, both Cern and the US Tevatron, have evidences of a possible Higgs boson.ñ
Firstly why is that particle so important?
The Higgs boson, is a key piece to prove the certanly of the Standard Physics Model, that model explains how the particle world works, if the Standard Model is true the physics world could change.
And why it is a key piece?
The higgs boson it's seems to be the responsible of the mass of the others particles, in common words, higgs create the mass to other particles.
So as I was saing, the Cern and the US tevatron have evidences, they cannot say that they've discovered the boson because they just have a 1% possiblity to fail but in my opinion quite soon will be an annouce for that dicovery
"El arbol de la ciencia" by Pio Baroja.
I read this book nearly one month ago, as you know this book as to be read if you want to go to the selectivity exams.
I think that book is an interesing example of nineteen century spanish literature. The plot of the book is about a boy that's going to be a doctor, then the boy form a pesimistic life style explais how is the spain of late nineteen century. It's quite obious that the book is a biography of the same author, Pio Baroja, was a doctor as his main character, he lived on Madrid too and the things that happens on the film happened realy on his life so we could say that the book is a nice autobiography.
Moreover we can appreciate the pesimistic philosophy of Schopenhauer and the life stlye of the german philosophs like Kant.
In my opinion this book explains pretty well the moment before the fall of Cuba and how does the spanish intelectuals live with Europe. As the main character say, the spanish people think that they are the bests in Europe and they other countries dont want to reconize that because of gelosy.

Spanish Ciivl War
Because I got no ideas of what to do I decided to post about a theme that we've just done in our history class, the civil war.
Well at is said, the spanish civil war was planned to be a one-day coup d'etat, but the vilians decided to front the rebels. The civil war lasted three years of battles. Franco, the head of the rebelion started from south, Marroco, and he decided to go up, from Marroco to the north trying to get Madrid, but he failed on his try to get Madrid.
Then he decided that they should change his strategy, he sent the main part of the army to get north, the mission was completed. When he got the north he decided to split the republic in two parts, so he atack vilages to get to the sea. The mission was completed too, on that moment " la batalla de l'Ebre" happened, when the republic saw that they had lost they decided to recall back to France.
Finally Franco got the power of Spain for more than 20 years, and he punished Spain.

Few years ago appeared a new form of communcation with friends or relatives, people use programs to comunicate each other using his own voice, that type of programs are making people to left other types of communication websides or programs exept of twitter or facebook.
This programs such as Skype, Team-speak, raidcall, mumble are used to comunicate each other in on-line events like in games.
These programs are a revolution because most of people feel that comunicate with his own voice makes thinks more clear and easy to understand and its more confortable.
I think that this new type of communication it's one of the best parts of the internet, you can echange for free comunication all around the world just in a second. But there is a negative consequence for some business, mostly of phones companies, because nowadays if you got and smartphone you can use Skype as easy as if you where at home in your PC.

Tron: Legacy
I saw this film in english yesterday.
As far as I know this film was based in another one made on 1986 or near this year.
The plot of the film is quite complicated, it's a boy that his father was one of the main videogames creator, he's father was an inventor too. One day his father went to work and he never appeared.
After twenty years his son, who enherit his father company decided to visit his father old buisiness, a gameshop of arcade games. There he discovered a secret chamber were his father worked. Then because of a botton he toched he just disapeared of the reallity and he appeared into a videogame univers.
That's just the introduccion and if you want to know more about that film you should watch it, I won't tell the end of the history.
In my opinion that film is a amazing film, as it's based on a classic film of sci-fy it's just completelly difernt to others that I've seen.
Finaly I'd like to say that if you got a chanse to watch it just do it, its an incredible and quite possible future.
As far as I know this film was based in another one made on 1986 or near this year.
The plot of the film is quite complicated, it's a boy that his father was one of the main videogames creator, he's father was an inventor too. One day his father went to work and he never appeared.
After twenty years his son, who enherit his father company decided to visit his father old buisiness, a gameshop of arcade games. There he discovered a secret chamber were his father worked. Then because of a botton he toched he just disapeared of the reallity and he appeared into a videogame univers.
That's just the introduccion and if you want to know more about that film you should watch it, I won't tell the end of the history.

Can Internet make the world a better place?
Nowadays internet is becoming popular in our society, but internet has diferent connotations, positive ones say that internet is the tool of the future, others think that interent is useless.
On the one hand as we can see, internet is a tool to denunce, the "musulman spring" is a good example. As a result, lots of goverments are closing Internet because of the unestopable echange of information. Besides, what could had hapen if wikipedia wouldn't exist?
On the other hand interent is a fake, as someone said:"Internet let us do whatever we want", this quote is unrealistic, current children think this way. Furthemore, Interent is making the mankind useless and sutpid, some people think that something is good because it's on the internet.
To sum-up, internet is making us the most stupid race in the world. Internet is a tool for bad people to trap children and elderly people. We should avoid interent as much as possible.
